    I wanted to try cryo therapy as part of my recovery from big workouts. It’s definitely worth trying and is helping through some deep muscle pain. Yay!

    I came to Lux Cryo because it was close by and easy to fit into my busy schedule…what I love most is how welcome I feel, and how authentic the vibes are. Suuuuper supportive and somehow make Cryo fun :)
